1) Definitions
For clarity:
- Service:
- The Red Door Sanctum websites, portals, membership areas, preview areas, pay-per-message features, content libraries, and related services.
- Content:
- All videos, audio, text, guides, downloads, images, prompts, teachings, and any materials made available through the Service.
- Threshold:
- The preview tier requiring name/email (and password set via magic link) for access to previews.
- Sanctum:
- The primary membership tier providing access to core realms and libraries.
- Inner Gate:
- A higher membership tier that includes Sanctum plus restricted archives.
- Inner Circle:
- A selective extension that may include scheduling sessions and priority messaging.
- Send Letter / Paid Messages:
- Pay-per-message offerings (including “Quick,” “Standard,” “Deep,” and VIP variations) providing written responses subject to these Terms and posted guidelines.
2) Eligibility, Age Requirements, and Access
2.1 Age Requirement
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to purchase any paid tier or paid message offering.
2.2 Viewer Discretion
Some Content may be mature, intense, explicit in theme, or unfiltered in language. Viewer discretion is advised. You are responsible for ensuring the Service is appropriate for you and lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at help@reddoorsanctum.com.
3) The Tiers and What You Receive
3.1 The Threshold (Preview Access)
The Threshold provides preview access to help you understand the general scope and topics behind the Red Door before committing to paid tiers.
3.2 The Sanctum (Membership)
The Sanctum tier includes access to core realms and libraries made available within this tier at the time of access and as updated over time.
3.3 The Inner Gate (Membership + Restricted Archives)
The Inner Gate includes all Sanctum access plus restricted archives and higher-tier content areas made available to this tier.
3.4 Inner Circle (Selective)
Inner Circle access is selective and not guaranteed. Features may include priority messaging and the ability to schedule sessions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Inner Circle availability at any time.
4) Payments, Billing, Renewals, and Non-Refundability
4.1 Pricing and Currency
Prices are shown at purchase and may change at any time. Taxes may apply based on your location.
4.2 Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
If you purchase a subscription (monthly or annual), you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current paid period.
4.3 Pay-Per-Message Offerings (“Send Letter”)
Paid messages are billed at the time of purchase. Payment covers delivery and review time, not guaranteed outcomes. We respond when guidelines are honored and inquiries remain respectful.
4.4 No Refunds — All Sales Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including subscriptions, annual passes, upgrades, and paid messages, due to immediate access to digital content and/or the time-based nature of review and response.
5) Response Times and Communication
Any response windows shown are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to volume, travel, emergencies, or platform interruptions.
6) Guidelines, Conduct, and Respect Requirements
This is a protected space. By using the Service you agree:
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or demean any person.
- Do not submit unlawful or exploitative content.
- Do not bypass paywalls, security, or access controls.
- Do not share credentials or allow others to use your account.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute Content (including screenshots or recordings).
7) Intellectual Property and Limited License
All Content and the Service are owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited personal license for private use only while you maintain valid access.
8) Disclaimers — Not Therapy, Not Medical Care, Not Emergency Support
Red Door Sanctum is informational and experiential content. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency support. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
9) “No Guaranteed Outcomes” and Assumption of Risk
We do not promise specific outcomes. Engaging with mature or spiritual material can be emotionally activating. You assume all risk for your use of the Service.
10) Availability and Changes
The Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, updates, hosting interruptions, or events beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
11) Third-Party Services and Links
We may integrate third-party tools (payment processors, authentication providers, video hosting). Their terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect safety, legality, or operations. No refunds are owed where permitted by law.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the amount paid for a one-time purchase related to that claim.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
15) Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration and a class action waiver, with limited exceptions (such as IP enforcement and small claims where permitted).
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms (plus posted policies incorporated by reference) are the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
